🕒 Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 6 pm IST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Processing times may be longer during peak sale periods (e.g., Diwali, New Year).

Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over ₹1,299!!

 

🔄 Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.
Track your order via our courier partner’s website or the link provided.
If tracking isn't available, contact us at support@kansobi.in.

 

❗ Shipping Restrictions & Delays

We do not ship hazardous dolls, liquids, or aerosol sprays. Orders containing such items will be automatically canceled. Delivery times may be delayed due to carrier issues, regional holidays, strikes, or weather, allow extra time.

 

✏️ Corrections

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If a mistake is made, contact us immediately at support@kansobi.in.
We’ll try to correct it, but we’re not responsible for errors after dispatch.

 

📦 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit (no update after 10 business days) or delivered damaged, please email support@kansobi.in with your order # and photos, if applicable.

We will coordinate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund once resolved.
